My creative practice emerges from a place of openness and curiosity, driven by a deep desire to truly see and engage with what is before me. I embrace a willingness to return to a state of unknowing, trusting that each moment holds its own discoveries and possibilities. This mindset allows me to navigate the unknown, letting intuition guide my process and creating space for new ideas to unfold.

I use a wide range of media in my art, preferring to work with vintage textiles, natural fibres and finds.

I like to hand stitch, the simple act of hand sewing slows my world so I begin to find flow.
